What we do
We design and build interiors for HDB flats, condominiums, landed homes and commercial spaces across Singapore, and we run the site works ourselves rather than passing them on.

Noble Interior Design Pte. Ltd. is listed in HDB's Directory of Renovation Contractors (DRC Ref: HB-12-5230A, UEN 201722629H) and is CaseTrust-accredited. HDB publishes its Directory of Renovation Contractors as an open dataset, so you can verify this against the government record rather than taking our word for it: search the dataset for UEN 201722629H.
What accreditation actually obliges us to do
CaseTrust caps the initial deposit a renovation business may collect at a maximum of 20% of the total contract cost. CaseTrust-accredited renovation businesses must provide a workmanship warranty of 12 months from the completion date of the works. CaseTrust-accredited renovation businesses must purchase a deposit performance bond that safeguards deposit payments against closure, winding up and liquidation. (CaseTrust)
What we will not claim
HDB states that it does not endorse nor guarantee the quality of works of contractors in its directory. We therefore describe ourselves as listed in the directory, never as HDB-approved — a phrase HDB itself flags as a marker used by door-to-door scammers.
